CTAS 2026 Feature Enhancements and Corrected Issues

CTAS 2026 includes feature enhancements and fixes for issues experienced in earlier versions. The enhancements and corrections are listed below, organized by CTAS module. Enhancements are denoted by three asterisks (***).

Payroll

Minnesota Paid Leave premiums have been added.***

The user has the ability to indicate if the employer is a "Normal" or "Small" Employer and also indicate for each employee how the premium will be split between the employer and the employee.  When running a payroll, CTAS will calculate the premium, both for the employer and the employee.  The employee portion will be withheld from the employee's paycheck. 

Reports

Corrected issue where the PERA Annual Exclusion Report was not pulling any data.  The report has been fixed so that it accurately displays applicable employees.
