The Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Division of the Office of the State Auditor (OSA) annually publishes a TIF Legislative Report that summarizes and evaluates the financial reports that development authorities must file with the OSA for each TIF district. The reports also include a summary of violations cited in limited-scope reviews concluded by the OSA in the year subsequent to the reported activity. The reports can be found here.
