The Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Division of the Office of the State Auditor (OSA) annually publishes a TIF Legislative Report that summarizes and evaluates the financial reports that development authorities must file with the OSA for each TIF district. The reports also includes a summary of violations found in limited-scope reviews by the OSA during the reporting year.
