CTAS 2025 Feature Enhancements

CTAS 2025 includes feature enhancements and fixes for issues experienced in earlier versions. The enhancements and corrections are listed below, organized by CTAS module. Enhancements are denoted by three asterisks (***).  Detailed instructions for the enhancements, including screen shots, are available here:  CTAS 2025 Enhancements.

Chart of Accounts

  • Toaster notifications in the Chart of Accounts.***
  • Corrected Issues:
    • Restricted account codes can no longer be activated.

Vendors

  • Corrected Issues:
    • Phone and fax numbers have been reformatted to a 10-digit format.

Claims

  • Corrected Issues:
    • Multiple claims can be selected and deleted at once.

Payroll

  • Encryption of sensitive data.***
  • Addition of Program Code in payroll and reports.***
  • Check number added to the paystub.
  • Corrected Issues:
    • When adding a new employee or updating an existing employee, when using the tab key to navigate to the fields, the sequence has been updated to flow in the order of the boxes on the screen and to not skip any boxes.
    • When Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) hours were added with an overtime rate and then a pay rate with hours were added below that overtime line, the ESST accrual will now correctly include all hours in the calculation.

Debt

  • Corrected Issues:
    • Error message is more user friendly when a debt is deleted that is tied to a disbursement.

Reports

  • Addition of Program Code in reports.***
  • Update to W3 report and Proposed Budget report. 
  • Corrected Issues:
    • 1099s no longer include voided disbursements.
    • Employee Earnings Record now populates the retirement plan.
    • Schedule 2/2A and the Financial Statements have section/column headings that have been updated for Conservation of Natural Resources, Urban Redevelopment and Housing, Economic Development and Assistance, and Economic Opportunity.
