• GID: Forfeiture Incident Reporting Form - No Property Seized subject to forfeiture that was disposed during the entire year – Due January 31 for the prior year.
  
  
• GID: Special District Financial Statements Audited or Unaudited Due within 180 days after the end of the district's fiscal year.
  
  
• TIF: Confirmation of Decertified TIF District Form (pdf) due within 90 days of decertification of a TIF district. If the district is decertified prior to its required decertification date, a copy of the resolution that decertified the district is also required.
  
  
• TIF: TIF Plan Collection Forms for new and modified TIF plans due within 60 days of the latest of: the request for certification, approval of the plan by the municipality, or adoption of the plan by the authority.
