The Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Newsletter was last published in March 2019 and has since been discontinued in favor of weekly articles that are identified in E-Updates and posted as TIF Topics under Guidance. The TIF Newsletter archives are found below and are provided as an educational resource to local government officials and the public. They are not legal advice and should not be relied upon in lieu of legal advice. Articles reflect information and OSA positions current at the time of publication.
