The Pension Division of the Office of the State Auditor (OSA) is pleased to offer online training videos for fire relief association (FRA) officers, board members, and auditors. The TIF Division of the Office of the State Auditor (OSA) has prepared a series of online training videos to inform the public and officials about the use of TIF in the state of Minnesota, and to assist in understanding the reporting requirements and completion of various forms.
