Congratulations on being elected to the board of trustees of your fire relief association! Contact the Pension Division at the Office of the State Auditor (OSA) to create and obtain SAFES access. SAFES is the State Auditor’s Form Entry System, which is our secure web application used to access, submit, and electronically sign reporting forms.
