Updates to the Reporting Forms
This video is intended to quickly review the recent updates to the 2025 FIRE Form (FIRE-25) and the 2026 Schedule Form (SC-26). Both the FIRE-25 and SC-26 have a new look and were redesigned to streamline and reduce data entry and enhance accessibility.
As a reminder, the FIRE Form is the annual financial and investment reporting entry form relief associations file with our office. The Schedule, or SC, Form is completed by defined-benefit lump-sum relief associations. The SC Form is used to determine the accrued liability for each relief association member and to calculate any municipal contribution requirements for the upcoming calendar year.
