CTAS 2024 Update 1 Feature Enhancements

CTAS 2024 Update 1 includes feature enhancements and fixes for issues experienced in earlier versions. The enhancements and corrections are listed below, organized by CTAS module. Enhancements are denoted by three asterisks (***).

Payroll

  • Ability to add employee reimbursements to payroll.***
  • Ability to record holiday pay.***
  • Update to Payroll Register to include holiday pay and reimbursements.
  • Update to checks and paystubs to include holiday pay and reimbursements.
  • Employee name, payroll end date, check date and pay type added to the third section of the checks/paystubs. 
  • Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) now has limits on the maximum accrual and maximum balances.***
  • Corrected Issues:
    • PERA # not saving the Demographic and Job (F3) Tab of the Employee Record - PERA # now saves
    • Last Hire Date for second new employee automatically filled in as Last Hire Date of first new employee - Last Hire Date for second new employee now fills with Not Set
    • PERA Plan Type Blank allowing Save in Employee Record but unable to add employee to payroll roster - Plan Type in the Employee Record is now listed as a required field and blank option can't be chosen as a valid option.
    • ESST accrual not updating when hours worked is saved and then changed to 0 - ESST now properly updates for changes in hours worked. 

Reports

  • Leave Time report updated to include comp time and ESST.
