CTAS 2024 Corrected Issues and Feature Enhancements
CTAS 2024 includes feature enhancements and fixes for issues experienced in earlier versions. The enhancements and corrections are listed below, organized by CTAS module. Enhancements are denoted by three asterisks (***).

Payroll
- Addition of Comp and Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) both in the employee record and in payroll processing.***
- Update to checks and paystubs to include running totals for sick, vacation, comp, and ESST.
- Update to Payroll Register to include sick, vacation, comp and ESST.
- Corrected issue where an employee associated with a payroll could be deleted. Now the only employees that can be deleted are employees that aren’t associated with any payrolls.
Chart of Accounts
- Ability to activate fund numbers, account numbers, object codes and program codes by using the check box (in addition to the Active/Inactive buttons). ***
- New Enterprise Fund Types (descriptions) added: Airport, Ambulance, Deputy Registrar, Golf Course, and Transit.
Reports
- Updated the format of the PERA Annual Exclusion Report. ***
- Created 1096 MISC and 1096 NEC Reports. ***
- Cash Basis Reporting Form Report corrected:

- Line 36 TOTAL INTERGOVERNMENTAL REVENUES (add lines 12-34) should display (add lines 12 through 35)
- Line 49 TOTAL CHARGES FOR SERVICES (add lines 36 through 46) should display (add lines 37 through 48)
- PERA Annual Exclusion Report not listing all employees excluded from PERA, corrected. Report will now show all employees.
