CTAS 2025 Update 2 Corrected Issues and Feature Enhancements

CTAS 2025 Update 2 includes feature enhancements and fixes for issues experienced in earlier versions. The enhancements and corrections are listed below, organized by CTAS module. Enhancements are denoted by three asterisks (***).

General

• Installer Updates***

Claims

• Corrected issue where the word "Forty" was misspelled on checks.

Payroll

• Corrected issue where the Unallocated account coding was not pre-populating when posting net pay.
• Corrected issue where a system error was received when trying to edit the Account Distribution in a posted payroll.        

Reports

• 1099 NEC Report - Object codes 220-229 have been added into the range that will populate the report. *** 
• Corrected issue where subtotals were incorrect on several Account Distribution reports.  The following reports were updated:  Fringe Benefits Account Distribution, Pretax Deductions Account Distribution Report, Other Deductions Account Distribution Report, Federal Taxes Account Distribution Report, and State Withholding Account Distribution Report.
• Corrected issue where Schedule 2 was not displaying accounts in the 490XX to 491XX range.
• Corrected issue where Schedule 2 was not displaying capital outlay object codes, unless the account code was in the 490XX to 491XX range.
